Funds will be donated to a research group at The University of Pennsylvania which tests new investigational drugs individually and in combination of other drugs for the treatment not only of fibrolamellar hepatocellular carcinoma but of many other more common types of cancer such as colorectal, lung, pancreatic etc. The research is headed by Dr. Keith Flaherty a Research Oncologist.
