Hi Amy,
Thats great news.
I have gone 9 years now since being diagnosed. I had a hepacectamy in Feb 2001 and a recurrence in the lymph nodes in 2006.
Both were treated surgically, and I had no chemo or radiotherapy.
I think we are the longest survivors on here, is this right, or does anyone know of longer?
It would be interesting to know.
It gives us all hope that you were diagnosed 13 years ago and are still going strong.
I also think that because we have not received any other treatment apart from surgery, it has really gone in our favour.
This would be a good thing for the researchers to look into as the others who receive extra treatments seem to really suffer.
