My daughter had a lymph node tumor near her heart and it too metastisized into her lungs. She was on a cocktail that didn't work: avastin, tarceva. They took her off the tarceva and kept the avastin. Added gemzar and oloxiplatin. This cocktail has done a good job for about 8 months, until about a month ago when her neuropathy got so bad they had to give her a chemo break. She loves being off chemo, but will have to start again in about 6 weeks.
